Deadstock 1970s Zandra Rhodes Blouse

A rare and unusually understated solid black crepe loose fit blouse by designer Zondra Rhodes featuring an asymmetrical large tie over a keyhole opening and her signature in lace at the round neckline. Beautifully tailored shoulder detail and bishop sleeves ending in large mother of pearl button cuffs add to the whimsical details you would expect from a Zondra Rhodes piece.

This lovely top is believed to be part of a collection of ready-to-wear daytime pieces created around 1975.
